Continue the complaint I started but didn’t complete

If you opted to save your online complaint form before completing and submitting it, you will have been provided with a unique link to return to your form. You will also have had the option to send the link to your email address.

You can click on the link to return to your form from any computer.

Remember that the link expires after 14 days so you will need to complete and submit your form within 14 days or start a new online form.
