About the Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is a training platform for member organisations. It helps you track progress, earn CPD credits, and learn at your own pace. 

What you can access:

  • training courses – join short or long courses on common casework themes
  • flexible learning – complete bite-size modules, case studies, and podcasts anytime
  • live events – webinars with Housing Ombudsman experts
  • CPD accreditation – recognised qualifications for your professional development

Who can access the Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is exclusively for those that work for organisations on our membership directory. 

If you cannot access the Hub, view the free learning resources on our main website. 

How to create your account

It only takes a few minutes to create an account. 

  1. Select ‘Create your Learning Hub account’ above. 
  2. Choose ‘Create a new account’ on the login page. 
  3. Fill in the online form with your details. 
  4. Select ‘Create my new account’. 

You can access all learning materials right away.
