New webinars on landlord performance reports

Following on from the publication last year of performance data reports on all landlords with complaints recorded in 2019-20, we have set up some webinars for landlord staff. The webinars will go through the various elements of the reports and explain the data together with some geographical analysis.

These are interactive sessions to discuss key issues and ask questions of our experts. It is an opportunity to gain better insight to help make improvements to complaint handling practices.

The performance data reports are useful for senior individuals and complaint handling managers within landlords and their board members, and for residents to see performance data held by us about their landlords.
